§ 8-168. Waste disposal—Liquid waste

Latest version.

All sewage shall be disposed of in a public sewerage system or, in the absence thereof, in a sewage disposal system constructed and operated in conformance with applicable state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Plumbing shall be sized, installed and maintained in conformity with applicable state and local codes, ordinances and regulations.
