§ 404. Organization; qualifications; quorum

The members of the School Board shall meet for organization within fourteen days from the date of their election. The members-elect shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of their duties by a notary public or by the Town Clerk, and record made thereof. The majority of the whole number of the School Board shall be a quorum and they shall elect their own chairperson.
