Any activity regulated by this chapter shall be subject to inspection by the appropriate
town inspector, as set forth in this chapter, who shall exercise and perform the rights,
powers and duties lawfully conferred or imposed under town ordinances, state statutes
and regulations, as the same may from time to time be
amended, and who, upon proper identification, shall have authority to enter any building,
structure or premise at any reasonable hour.
