§ 704. Long Range Planning Committee

There shall be a Long Range Planning Committee which shall be appointed, and have such powers and perform such duties as are provided by the laws of the State of Maine and ordinances duly adopted by the Council. Members of the Long Range Planning Committee shall be eligible for three consecutive three-year terms. For the purposes of this section, an appointment as an alternate member or an appointment to an unexpired term of less than 18 months shall not be considered a term.
