§ 219. Periodic Charter Review

Latest version.

At least once every 10 years, the Town Council shall, on its own motion and without requiring a petition, create a Charter Review Commission in the manner prescribed by the Home Rule statute, 30-A M.R.S.A. Section 2102 et seq.
