§ 201. Number, election, term

The Town Council shall be composed of 7 members, each of whom shall be elected by the registered voters of the entire Town. Each member shall be elected for a term of 3 years and until a successor is elected and qualified. No member of the Council shall be eligible for re-election for more than two consecutive terms. For purposes of this section, election is to an unexpired term of less than 18 months shall not be considered a term.
